We knew when Dahlia Events and Decor was created, that we wanted to decorate and coordinate more than just weddings. While weddings are our specialty, we absolutely love planning and decorating for smaller events!

Whether it be your child’s birthday party and you just don’t have time to decorate and set up, a surprise party, or you just need some extra decor for your event… we can build a package that fits your needs!

Custom Decor and Centerpieces available. Pricing is based on size, materials used, details, and difficulty of creating custom pieces.

Day-Of Coordination

Prices starting at $900

  • Budget package includes:

    • Creation of an event timeline

    • 8 hours of day-of coordination

    • Travel Fees dependent upon event location and range from $20-$50 for mileage

  • Full Day-Of Coordination package $1400

    • Creation of event timeline and vendor timeline

    • Rehearsal Coordination (if needed)

    • 12 hours of day-of coordination

    • Vendor coordination beginning 1 month prior to event and on day-of event

    • 20% discount on decor rentals!

Decor Rentals and Setup

Prices starting at $250

  • Party Decor & Setup $250

    • Up to ~20 guests

    • Larger parties or extensive setup will incur extra charges

    • Choose from a variety of themes, with new themes being added soon!

  • Themed Party Decor packages start at $450

    • Includes fully customized centerpiece(s) or tablescape, linen napkins, chargers, tablecloths, and candles with candleholders

    • Place cards/escort cards, seating chart, custom table numbers available as upgrades starting at only $1 per guest

Dahlia Royalty Full Design

Prices starting at $6500

  • For the hands-off couples…We take your budget and handle the majority of the planning and design for your wedding according to your personal preferences and style

  • Includes everything in the Full Day-Of Coordination package, as well as:

  • Full access to our décor rentals and Inventory of centerpieces, arches, artificial florals, etc.

  • Handling the placement of vendor items and rentals

  • Assistance finding, choosing, and booking vendors and venue

  • Event Design with setup and teardown of all décor

  • Immediate communication via email, text, and scheduled phone call appointments

  • Assistance with rehearsal dinner planning

  • Basic Party Decor Package

    $250 - Base Price with Setup

    $20-$50 Delivery/Pickup Mileage Charge depending on location

    Ideal for intimate adult gatherings or dinner parties up to ~40 people.
